Pros
I believe one of the best things about the company is simply the work that you get to do on a day in, day out basis. Working in behavioral health, you're interacting with patients (some at their lowest points that have exhausted all other treatment options) and get to contribute to their journey to remission from their symptoms. Obviously the doctors and technicians that they meet with daily play the biggest part, but getting to contribute even a little bit is incredibly rewarding work, in and of itself.
You also have the benefit of working at a company that is at the forefront of TMS and non-drug, non-interventional psychiatry. They have state of the art facilities that are some of the nicest that I've ever seen within the healthcare space.
Cons
Because you're interacting and developing relationships with patients that are suffering from a variety of mood disorders, you can sometimes 'take your work home' with you if you let it.
Benefits could be better, but what company couldn't have a better benefits plan?
