Pros

The benefits are very good. There are a number of interesting and enjoyable outside activities during the months based on the season. Nice office space and work areas, break rooms and restrooms are clean

Cons

Very impersonal atmosphere, the job itself does not allow for much interaction between co-workers. Breaks and lunch times are closely monitored and adherence is strictly enforced. Very stressful at times and pay scale for new hires is low for amount of information you are required to retain in order to help customers
