      Pros

      Inside work. Customers are amazing. Air conditioned store.

      Cons

      Co-workers gossiping about each other. Management is rude to employees and customers. Standing for long periods without breaks. 30 minute lunch during 8 hour shift only. Demands you to push sales and credit card applications. Expects you to learn and be a hair color consultant without a cosmotology license and without enough training. Management has horrible attitude.

      Trying new products Assisting customers with product recommendations Commission on certain items

      Cons

      The daily revenue quota was at times very unrealistic and unattainable. A lot of pressure was put on our team to sell x/dollars per day but sometimes it just wasn't realistic (bad weather, lots of returns some days).

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

      Cons

      Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
