      They give you a ton of free products and it's easy to get into management working your way up.

      Cons

      Horrible job/life balance. You will be a one person show responsible for all moving parts. You will always be understaffed and underpaid.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

      Cons

      Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
