Discounts, and some very good customers. Some great employees to work with. Gain knowledge in some products and understanding of business and how to run it.
Cons
Disrespect, no praise at good work. Income is very poor. very poor hours and un fair arrangments of weekends to be shared. Shipment is always done by either one or two employees out of 6 employees.
