Pros
Great hours if you're used to retail, no nights and weekends are minimal. Customers are great, since they're all licensed professionals they're knowledgeable in the products and you really get to know your clientelle.
Cons
Store managers who refuse to did in and work with their teams. District manager is dishonest and unprofessional. Saw the DM fire someone who called in sick once- one time and she just fired a good employee. Another employee walked out of the store because the store manager threatened her physically and when she tried to tell the DM, she was basically fired.
