      Nothing is great about this job. Unless you work under 15 hours.

      Cons

      Pressured to sale sale sale Beauty club cards and Items of the month to every customer. The pay is really bad and horrible hours. Not understanding at all.

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.

      The pay is very low for a lot of the knowledge and upselling they want you to do
