Pros
It's rather laid back. You can do non-intensive multitasking with homework/personal tasks. You're always talking about hair and beauty with customers, that's the industry.
Cons
Plenty employee horror stories and drama within teams and managers and district managers, as with any retail. Except, in this retail store, people get away with it. Disempowering.
