      Pros

      A long long time ago there were alot of pros. But now NONE.

      Cons

      Crappy hours Crappy pay Crappy management Never get appraised for work Help is underrated Under appreciated. Single coverage when only girls work is dangerous( but they justify it with other retail companies do to. Please name one) You are a useless ant to them and they make it well aware you are replaceable. I could list for days.

      Trying new products Assisting customers with product recommendations Commission on certain items

      Cons

      The daily revenue quota was at times very unrealistic and unattainable. A lot of pressure was put on our team to sell x/dollars per day but sometimes it just wasn't realistic (bad weather, lots of returns some days).
