Free products every month, discount is FABULOUS, flexible schedule (not if you're manager), fun environment, it's virtually impossible to lose your job unless you quit.
Cons
Not enough money for the work that's put in, company politics are awful and way out of hand, promotion is a popularity contest, district changes happen way too often and cause chaos, they waste money by destroying all the returned products even if it hasn't been opened... Plenty more!
