      Company pays minimum wages, environment of the store is based on management, location, etc, small staff if you like working around more people

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
