      Pros

      Am a former hair stylist, so love the environment and helping the customers. Love the people i work with. Love that there is a benefits plan.

      Cons

      There seems to be a large discrepancy between the management earnings and the staff. Think that keyholders should be making more than non-keyholders.

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.

      The pay is very low for a lot of the knowledge and upselling they want you to do
