      Pros

      Every person that I have met working here has been absolutely lovely. From other BA's to managers I have had a great overall experience. This of course depends on location, I have worked at two sally locations in different states and have loved both of them.

      Cons

      The pay is not great, I started at $11/hour and worked my way up to $15. There is no holiday pay and the company will not allow you to work overtime.

      Trying new products Assisting customers with product recommendations Commission on certain items

      Cons

      The daily revenue quota was at times very unrealistic and unattainable. A lot of pressure was put on our team to sell x/dollars per day but sometimes it just wasn't realistic (bad weather, lots of returns some days).

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

      Cons

      Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
