      relaxed dress code, friendly coworkers (Some of them), good discount and occasional free products.

      Cons

      No work life balance, nearly impossible goals, given very minimum hours in the budget, competition between stores in the district can get nasty.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were always really cool and it was honestly a very easy job.

      Cons

      Upper level management was too uptight about certain goals that were unrealistic for beauty advisors, but there was never any big repercussions. Too little pay for the amount of work I did.
