Pros
I LOVED working here. Honestly my favorite job I have ever worked. If I wasn’t disabled, I’d return to management here. Very team-oriented, educational, supportive and offer benefits to even part-timers. Always room for growth.
Cons
The pay here really should be higher. The workers in-store deserve the pay they work for. The raises are performance-based so if you work hard, you get rewarded; the issue is it’s not much. Management gets a bonus per quarter if the store meets its quotas. The biggest issue is ever since COVID, meeting the daily sales goals aren’t very realistic. You have to PUSH every day VERY hard to make them. There’s hardly any room for a breather if you have anxiety or autism. If you suffer from either of them, I HIGHLY recommend filing for an accommodation through HR for extra breaks so you don’t burnout.
