None whatsoever. You just toil away your future.

Cons

Work slavery Salary is paid very late the next month Salaries can be deducted over minor instances. The police can be called upon you over minor issues because the MD feels untouchable. The true pension is not paid and remitted on time

It’s the best place to be if you want to grow and learn Staffs enjoys a lot of benefits from the company like HMO once you are pass probation period Access to 13th month salary at the end of the year Team bounding to make staff align and have fun at the end of the year

None but come in prepared to be proactive cause salpha is about transformation
