Pros
The platform is excellent and the result of customer input and Salsa's willingness to continually improve it (not clunky, static, and old-school like the platforms of their main competitors). Employees are supportive of each other and celebrate their victories and accomplishments with each other; there's a great feeling of camaraderie.
Cons
The Board/nvestors abused the hell out of the co-founders, who were the heart and soul of the company. Several people left in protest and/or because the cultural change. If I were a progressive non-profit, I would STILL select Salsa as a supplier because the company's spirit is still on your side.
