Management coaches rather then orders you around. Offers you a you a vehicle, so to speak and teaches you how to drive it rather than drive it for you. Salsa Leedos is not just your ordinary restaurant.

Only thing is, nowadays alot of people think that as a "server" you are a "servant", or a "butler" and they treat you like it. There is a law off averages that will work in your favor. If you adhere to this law you can make decent money in a short amount of time (4-6hours).
