Great staff. Fun atmosphere. Great place to gain experience. Learn how to work in a step process that not only helps you succeed at work, but also in life. Management coaches rather then orders you around. Offers you a you a vehicle, so to speak and teaches you how to drive it rather than drive it for you. Salsa Leedos is not just your ordinary restaurant.

Only thing is, nowadays alot of people think that as a "server" you are a "servant", or a "butler" and they treat you like it. There is a law off averages that will work in your favor. If you adhere to this law you can make decent money in a short amount of time (4-6hours).

For the most part the people there were great to work with. Management was good and the owners are awesome. Scheduling was nice most the time.

I worked there for three years and when I left it seemed like no one cared. It really showed me that they don't care as much about their employees as you think they do. Also it is really slow a lot of the time making it hard to earn money from tips. The job gets annoying because you deal with rude people or stingy people and the labor work ( lifting trays, being on feet for hours, etc.) took a toll on my back and wrists.
