small office, good salary and benefits, executives genuinely care about the work they're doing

one person departments so there's more of a workload, since the office is smaller it's less likely you'll be promoted quickly due to lack of positions available, but a plus to that is most supervisors are willing to help you learn by giving you more responsibilities
