      - Culture is just on a whole different level from what I’ve seen in other companies. Team roots for your success, works hard and sounds happy and fulfilled. - Leadership is not out of touch and have a clear vision forward. - Salary, benefits and quality of live is extremely competitive. - Talent coming in is brilliant and hiring is thoughtful, never inflated. - Product is way ahead of the curve in the market and customers realize the value very soon in the lifecycle.

      Cons

      - Usual growth pains, documentation could be more organized and more process automation would be welcome.

      Pros

      Been with Salt for about 6 months now so able to give an accurate review. Strong management from the top down with interest to help demonstrate the value of Salt. Teamwork with other reps, competitive and not cutthroat Technology meets a growing need, API space is growing recognition Great support and SEs are intelligent

      API Security budget still growing Needs more SEs but is actively hiring

      Meta severance = 16weeks+2n, 18 months of COBRA coverage. Salt Security severance = 2 weeks. 0 COBRA coverage. Regardless of tenure. Do you see any reward for loyalty here?
