Competitors have recognized that as well as Salt so they are pivoting to MCP discovery Customer support tickets take weeks to get attention CSM teams are a revolving door due to complexity of platform and support Churn rate of product is extremely high. Would estimate about 40% of customers churn after a year Tech is not a budgeted or needed line item

Been with Salt for about 6 months now so able to give an accurate review. Strong management from the top down with interest to help demonstrate the value of Salt. Teamwork with other reps, competitive and not cutthroat Technology meets a growing need, API space is growing recognition Great support and SEs are intelligent

API Security budget still growing Needs more SEs but is actively hiring
