Coworkers sabotaging each other Management is confused and depressed Low pay They try to pretend that the CEO cashed in everything she owns to start this company but really she was high up at Starbucks and has plenty of dough. Orientation for all positions is 8 hours of listening to how amazing the CEO is and why the ice cream is so good for the world, helps poor people and local farmers by using local ingredients but everything comes off the back of a Sysco truck. Employees and Corporate Employees all hate working here no matter how much they smile.
