Awful leadership, stay away - Anonymous employee Saltbox (GA) Employee Review

Childish Unorganized Heavy turnover Founders and Directors were all over the place and terribly unprofessional and unqualified for roles. Multiple issues with harassment and discrimination that were ignored. Lack of diversity and sexist environment. There were multiple issues that went unaddressed from female employees regarding this. While employed at Saltbox, there were numerous occasions where bad reviews were left and we were "encouraged" to post positive reviews. Most of the bad reviews are spot on. So many people were fired during my time there making everyone live in fear.
