Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback - and I completely agree that our culture is pretty special! I acknowledge also your comment on things sometimes taking too long to get done, this is definitely something we'll always continue to work on and hopefully the efforts we're putting into continuing to improve communications as we grow will help to positively impact this area as well! Pros

Saltus have a great company culture! They have a saying that they only hire people you would be happy to sit on a long haul flight next to, and I would agree. The people are what make the company great alongside the support and care.

Cons

It is a fast-paced and often challenging environment. I enjoy this aspect most of the time, but it can be difficult some weeks - there's very little opportunity to have down time or a non-hectic schedule. It feels like there is little room for progression. For me to gain a pay rise or move through the ranks, I would have to find a new role at a different company.

Higher ups becomes full of politics where betrayals and behind the back chatter becomes commonplace
