      1. Error log promotes negative vibe amongst teams and creates resentment 2. Recent redundancies/restructuring are unsettling. 3. Communication is sometimes lacking with staff feeling in the dark

      Amazing career progression and support with financial planning qualifications. I am surrounded by extremely intelligent and experienced advisers that want me to succeed.

      Cons

      The back end systems could be improved hopefully with Project Dentist. Create technical managers that can be contacted with queries.
