Pros
Benefits, Monday-Friday, No weekends, co-workers. Good start to get into the medical field as a receptionist.
Cons
Management need work they have their favorites and the schedules would never work out. CSA would be left on their own to handle checking in patient during busy times and line of patient would happen. Pay is horrible for what CSA have to go through. The work load is horrible. There is no career advancement opportunity.
