My experience was excellent. I could not have learned more in another company and advance as fast as I was able to. The company is an innovator as well as a leader. Every employee is able to take responsibility and grow up the hierarchy as fast as he can. I was able to lead a team and take over responsibility within very short time. Employees that innovate and contribute are extremely well compensated. The environment is dynamic and opportunity rich. Since Salus Alpha is a global player the opportunity is actually global.
Cons
If you have the desire to have a career which means developing needed skills fast then there is no con. For me it was very easy to broaden my skills and to advance me and the company.
