Well my boss told a bunch of her coworkers that I left because of an inheritance, so take that for what you will. Messy, mean girls club.

Everyone on the team is great and being able to connect with students is awesome

none I can think of. Salary is low for the type of experience I have but this is the norm in higher ed, unfortunately
