With my past 4 years experience in salzer, Here is my feedback. It has a best employee friendly management team from MD till Manager's level. Any option suggested in a right way with perfect justification for the growth of company is appreciated & accepted. W.R.T salary & job security salzer is a mirror, How well you perform & how well your performance is exposed through growth of company will determine your good pay or vice versa. Best Systems are available for years together & still constraints faced due to "to straighten a dog tail after it grown in roll form is a bit difficult", any initiative taken to straighten it is well appreciated by MGMT. Facilities are extraordinary compared to any other growing 500 Crore turnover company. HRD is Marching towards strengthening & expected to grow soon. Good base to start up & service to company Atleast 4+ yrs. Orders on existing parts & NPD is always on a positive side. Financially up to my knowledge company is strong enough to take up new projects and invest for it Atleast for next 10 yrs.
Cons
Only thing I think as a challenge is sure you will lose a part of work time here making old pillars of company to understand the system & make them work on it.
