Pros
You have A/C inside with nice bays and everybody knows everybody and will help each other out.
Cons
Favoritism within the family. You start succeeding on your own and then management twists things and your money goes back down. Won't send you to get certified and make up stuff on why. Benefits are cheap. Foreman never puts the effort to fix shop tools.
