Work/life balance is a high priority; the ultimate mission is "heart work" = work that is emotionally and spiritually fulfilling if you are selfless/service-minded; the future is bright!
Cons
The current economy is making financial contributions increasingly more difficult for regular donors which can impact our mission at hand.
This organization is the epitome of family first and work/life balance. Leadership insists on employees putting their families first above all else and is flexible to make this happen. They truly care about their employees as both people and staff members, investing in them as a whole. Wonderful place to work and a great organization to be a part of.
Cons
People don't tend to leave the organization, so advancement can take time, though they are willing to invest in staff to make this happen over time.
