new hospital wing with only single patient rooms EPIC is great decent health insurance and PTO accumulation (if you can use it)

every other weekend commitment and need to make up weekend day if you are sick and cannot work lots of issues with managers and gossip politics on floors make it a nightmare must work 2 out of three major holidays and 2 of three minor holidays, must miss major events denied PTO alot due to staffing shortages
