The layers of middle mamagers muck everything up

In an area in which many jobs have been lost this is a stable employer with great benefits. There is seemingly universal concern for the patient.

There is perceived to be a considerable gap between management and those providing the work necessary for the operation of the hospital. Management seems more concerned with the bottom line than with patient care.
