      1. Ambitious and dynamic work environment 2. Steep learning curve with lots of autonomy 3. Great benefits such as free lunch and snacks, hybrid working, location, and many events 4. Kind and down-to-earth colleagues, good work-life balance 5. Transparent salary bands with well above market salary raises

      Cons

      1. For some roles, growth may be limited after a few years 2. Samotics is a scale-up, hence limited general L&D when compared to bigger companies

      - Amazing group of talented, smart, young, international and diverse people. - Very exciting, cutting edge technology to help industrial companies optimize the performance of their production assets - Very strong and motivated tech team, with lots of domain expertise - Modern, spacious office with good quality facilities and fun stuff (own bar with stocked fridges, table tennis table)

      - Leadership team is strong, but not very diverse. This is being worked on.
