The optimism at this company's growth is palpable, but there is not the structure or supports in place for long term success. Sample Supports is bleeding talent, specifically on the management level, because of dismissal of new ideas, downplay of hard work, and resistance to innovation. All will seem to be well until you disagree with the culture and trajectory of the agency, specifically the Executive Director. Then, be prepared for your dissenting opinions to become performance issues.
