Some nice education work colleagues. Kids can be nice although some are undisciplined
Cons
Company has ongoing marketing events and teachers must organise everything. Students miss many classes for these 'weeks' making posters doing dances even up to top grades missing revision and coursework for events. Management don't care- just want publicity and more money. School principals extremely autocratic, and dictatorial, sacking people for no real reasons if stood up to for aggressive / domineering behaviour. Staff not valued or respected for hard work, many feel oppressed and leave or forced out through witch hunts. HR department unprofessional, periodically replaced as staff walk out - sometimes en mass. Parents complain over small things, naughty / lazy students and teachers shouted at / blamed. Mediocre education at best and children / staff failed by management. National plus schools pretending to be international without many international staff. Management cannot attract, manage or keep many expat staff and fill vacancies with Filipino staff. Staff deported without notice if not liked by management.
