Pros
The benefits are good, school facilities are topnotch, and students and parents are superb! not to mention, teacher colleagues are very helpful, especially the locals.
Cons
Sampoerna Academy is a very good school ruined by its management. The problem roots from incompetent and lack of educational management principles of those in position, be it in Medan or other campuses. For your reference, in my campus Medan alone, not less than 20, I repeat NOT LESS THAN TWENTY teachers resigned this year, I heard from other campuses as well, in Surabaya almost ALL teachers in secondary resigned. Some teachers also ESCAPED, literally just gone out of nowhere. Even the principal in Jakarta, that's why now the I*ndian li*k*ss became the principal because the previous principal just escaped as well out of desperation to the whole management. Now, is it because of the employees? It doesn't take a genius to read between the lines.
