      Clear growth and career trajectory if you want to be an AE. People are constantly getting promoted from ADR to outbound and then to AE. Good people and good office environment

      Very hard to pivot to other roles outside of sales

      Pros

      Great leadership, strong foundation and moat in the industry, very talented people who genuinely care about changing the space.

      Cons

      Lots of account shuffling and org changes have created imbalance of opportunity, some reps are set up for success some are not. However as you scale this is borderline unavoidable. They have done a great job continuing to listen, follow data, and iterate.
