Benefits constantly getting cut/reduced - growth fund (which would have been great during COVID!), commuter benefits, swag, meal budget
Took forever to switch to WFH, did not provide any initial support with equipments - they did not give out chairs or monitors for months, by then most have paid out of pocket
Very obvious nepotism - many folks who were from Meraki, MIT etc.. other power groups were not impacted in the layoffs
Cash raise freeze - employees also need a little extra money too, you know? I personally am approaching close to 2 years with 0 cash raise
Heavy culture of bootlicking - some posts on public slack channels are pretty cringey
Pressure to not take PTO - either from micromanaging managers who don't trust you, or "urgent" works that never seems to end
Unrealistic expectations from management - despite the fact that many teams were hit pretty hard from the layoffs, management still has high output expectation pressuring employee with "high performance culture"
