free coffee. most days there's milk for it. the cleaning lady does a decent job on the bathrooms. when they are stocked the soda machines cost 25 cents.
Cons
no communication from management. no opportunity for advancement in position or pay. certain people/ departments act with impunity and make everyone's jobs harder.
