Pros
-Some of the employees are great people. -Discount on music gear -Chance to meet a few successful musicians which they sponsor.
Cons
-Inconsistant products being released to the public. Many are still sent out without being properly quality control checked, (especially B-stock) -High turnover of employees, even in executive positions. -Lack of insight on their own products, (what it can and can't do, advertising the product to do something it can not do). -Addition of other major responsibilities and job titles without ANY compensation. -Really have never heard of anyone in the company getting a raise. -Continued lying about future career opportunities and being led on only to be let down over and over.... See this happen to alot of people here. -Low base pay &must wait a year for benefits. -The inability to write an accurate product manual. A professional MI company should not have major typos/errors in manual which are harmful to the use of the product
