Safe job, won't layoff during downtimes Some of the projects are quite interesting to work on People can get exposure to a lot of different technologies in the embedded domain
Cons
No technical leaders with lots of experience in any domain Recently removed flexi-timings while Samsung HQ in Korea switched to flexi-timing Depending on the skill level pay may not be too good No clarity on growth or what you might be doing 6 months down the line
