-You can see devices before they are out, the pay was decent, they invest in IT infrastructure
Cons
-Politically named senior managers that have NO idea what they're doing, no desire to listen, you take the fall if they mess up, no work life balance, a lot of working hours, cultural barriers, it systems you will find only in that company, you either adapt or leave.
