Fast Moving. Management gives a wide variety of tasks, ensuring maximum exposure to a variety of job scopes. Intimate level of communications between management and staff. Boss treats every staff like family,e.g. CEO sends flowers on your birthday and writes a card by hand.
Cons
Boss can get emotional because he treats each staff like family. Too much work shared among too few people.
