Pros
I joined Next 2+ years ago and it was a very large, disorganized place. Last year, there was a leadership change and a pretty large reorg that focused all of our efforts around investments and supporting our portfolio of startups. It's been three quarters and the turnaround has been pretty remarkable. The company is much more focused and effective. It is exciting to see the opportunities ahead.

We are still building out processes and learning to work across teams, which at times can feel less than ideal
