Pros
Good experience working with a multi national company. Almost all data are systemized allowing for fast and good data analysis.
Cons
There's no work life balance and you're expected to overtime most of the time and although OT is paid, the rates are not really that well. Top management is not really good at taking care of the welfare of it's employees. Just good enough compared to other nearby local companies.
