Great core team members, Clean work environment, Competitive Salary for full time employees.
Cons
Non competitive Hourly pay for production workers (required to expand area to draw from for workforce.) ZERO HR presence. Moral is low, insert any excuse here: covid, logistics, bla bla. Fact remains nothing is done about it, or to even pretend to care. Work from home scam. Its dangerous to have too many non essentials, but don't worry, your good to work 60 hours a week.
