Worst management Korean double standard style Will transfer you to the operator position if they need to save manpower cost. Even you are in the engineer position. They doesnt care about you. Mostly leaders from Technician & jr. Tech that work 20years plus. So their minded so narrow plus dont know to make decision precisely. Cant report to JTK, because they do everything without memo, so you dont have an evidence to report. Right now they dont have any sales so many employees resign and abscond because of pressure & no OT.
