They refuse to pay OT, keep employees as part time up to 3-4 years (until the colleague left) so they don't have to pay full time benefits and try to minimize maternity leave to 1 month. They don't let employees drink bottled water in the office and cut food as well to save a few cents. the head of office from korea usually does not speak english and will ask the junior to do their personal choirs like the children's school homework.
